Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Xcal and any paid subscription features.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use Xcal. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Health and nutrition disclaimer

Xcal provides estimates and general nutrition tracking information only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always seek advice from a qualified medical professional for health decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store billing. Subscription prices, trial availability, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its refund policies, and we cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal app operation, or use Xcal in ways that violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Service availability and changes

We may update features, fix bugs, or discontinue parts of Xcal at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, including App Store infrastructure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xcal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from your reliance on nutritional estimates.
